Job Description

Managing and monitoring of daily attendance of on roll employees as well as contractual manpower. Ensure daily availability of M/p as per plan.

Timely Recruitment of M/p to keep the operation smooth. Induction and Training of new joinees.

Timely compliances with all applicable acts such as CLRA, Factory Act, Minimum wages Act, Payment of wages Act, Bonus Act, ID Act, Employment Exchange Act Etc.

Contract Labour management, Documents verification of new joinees, Training to new casual manpower and deputation as per requirement. Ensure timely compliances of M/p vendor.

Handling grievances of employees as well as contractual manpower and ensure zero IR issues.

Preparation of monthly compliance documents for monthly HR audit, ISO documentation as per requirements of customer.

Liasioning with Government official and customer for Labour license, audit, and submission of annual returns.

Generation of monthly sales invoices and submission of the same with customers.

Preparation of monthly purchase request and processing of vendor invoices for payment.

Facility management such as canteen, Employee transportation, residential facility etc.

Coordination with HO Team (HR, Admin, Accounts) for daily and monthly requirements and following the HO guideline at location.

Preparation of monthly reports- HR Reports, PL Sheet, Sales report etc.

Job Description

Responsible for Quality and Process Improvement.

Identify the training needs, prepare skill matrix and set monthly training plan for operation associates and evaluate the process.

Provide training to associates on SOPs, IMS standards, safety, quality procedures, and regulatory/customer requirements.

Conduct contests and thought provoking exercises as a part of knowledge sharing initiatives.

Develop and maintain a safe work environment as per given 5S Principles are to be followed.

Conduct Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA, to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.

Responsible for conducting process audits, GEMBA walks, risk assessments, and monitored KPIs to drive systematic problem-solving and ongoing process improvements.

Responsible for handling customer complaint analysis using 7 QC tools, driving root cause elimination and long-term corrective actions and provide timely Problem Response Reports (PRR).

Ensure strong documentation control, including the retrieval, revision, and availability of current document versions at all workstations.

Maintain quality reports, operational metrics, and ensure the achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs through data-driven actions.

Perform internal and external audits, supporting audit readiness and compliance with ISO and customer standards.

Required Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of Automotive quality system (ISO-9001/IATF 16949)

Hands on experience with 7 QC tools, PPAP, APQP, and SPC

Ability to interpret drawing and specification

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Knowledge of Material Safety and Quality will be an advantage

Preferably from Automobile industry or 3PL with having Automobile customer

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

Should have good command of Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Should have relevant experience in logistics such as online operations, warehousing, transportation, etc.

Should be from the logistics or automobile industry.

Should have experience in transportation, manpower, and warehouse business development.

Should have knowledge of OPS/Kaizen/5S/Poka-yoke.

KEY SKILLS

Excellent management, organizational, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of regulations.

Should possess excellent communication and liaison skills.
